Se obtuvo sentencia condenatoria para Jos\u00e9 \u00c1ngel \u00c1vila Mena por su responsabilidad penal en la comisi\u00f3n del delito de feminicidio, en agravio de quien en vida respondi\u00f3 al nombre de Laura Imelda Romero Montiel, de 35 a\u00f1os, quien perdi\u00f3 la vida a causa de asfixia por ahorcamiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El 30 de marzo del 2023 cerca de las 16:00 horas, el ahora sentenciado se encontraba en compa\u00f1\u00eda de Laura Imelda en colonia Luz y Esperanza, momento en el que Jos\u00e9 \u00c1ngel comenz\u00f3 a agredir f\u00edsicamente a la v\u00edctima con un objeto contundente, para posteriormente sujetarla por el cuello con una venda y causarle la muerte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
