Una calle pavimentada es m\u00e1s que concreto, pues significa la mejora de la movilidad, el medio ambiente, la salud e incluso la econom\u00eda, por ello para familias del fraccionamiento Guadalupe Infonavit, la pavimentaci\u00f3n realizada con el Presupuesto Participativo es un sue\u00f1o que les hizo realidad To\u00f1o Ochoa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La calle Lima, por ejemplo, es una de las decenas de obras de pavimentaci\u00f3n realizadas con dicho programa, que, de hecho, To\u00f1o Ochoa implement\u00f3 por primera vez logrando que se incluyera en la Ley, por su valor democr\u00e1tico e impacto en el desarrollo social.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Gabriela Salazar Contreras, vecina de dicho lugar, narr\u00f3 en la entrega de esta calle, que \u201curg\u00eda se pavimentara\u201d, ya que \u201cle da otro giro a nuestro fraccionamiento\u201d, por incre\u00edble que parezca las familias de esta zona llevaban \u201c50 a\u00f1os esperando que nos pavimentaran\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Evidentemente las y los habitantes del Guadalupe Infonavit, como otras decenas de asentamientos pavimentados, est\u00e1n contentos por la creaci\u00f3n del Presupuesto Participativo, pues por primera vez fueron resueltas sus necesidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cFelicitamos a nuestro presidente To\u00f1o Ochoa por haber volteado al fraccionamiento, por 50 a\u00f1os lo esperamos\u201d, dijo orgullosa Gabriela Salazar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
