General del Estado de Durango (FGED) a trav\u00e9s del Agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico adscrito a la Unidad de Investigaci\u00f3n del Delito de Homicidio, y tras exponer los elementos probatorios ante el Juez, obtuvo vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso para&nbsp;<strong>Jorge \u201cN\u201d<\/strong>, de 56 a\u00f1os de edad, por su presunta responsabilidad penal en el delito de homicidio calificado, cometido en agravio de quienes en vida respondieran a los nombre de&nbsp;<strong>\u00d3scar Meraz Guti\u00e9rrez<\/strong>&nbsp;y&nbsp;<strong>Eduardo Antonio Espinoza Enr\u00edquez<\/strong>, de 65 y 28 a\u00f1os de edad, respectivamente, as\u00ed como de lesiones calificadas en perjuicio de&nbsp;<strong>Juan Carlos Mart\u00ednez Bautista<\/strong>, de 32 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El 1 de septiembre cerca de las 06:45 horas,&nbsp;<strong>Jorge<\/strong>&nbsp;se encontraba en el \u00e1rea administrativa del centro de rehabilitaci\u00f3n denominado \u201cAgua Viva\u201d, ubicado en el kil\u00f3metro 12 de la carretera al Mezquital, Dgo., lugar al que ingres\u00f3&nbsp;<strong>Meraz Guti\u00e9rrez<\/strong>&nbsp;a quien sin motivo aparente agredi\u00f3 con un objeto punzocortante (cuchillo), dej\u00e1ndolo sin vida, para luego dirigirse hacia el templo del establecimiento, donde atac\u00f3 a&nbsp;<strong>Espinoza Enr\u00edquez<\/strong>, y al intentar auxiliarlo&nbsp;<strong>Juan Carlos<\/strong>, el presunto responsable le lanz\u00f3 el arma blanca, caus\u00e1ndole una lesi\u00f3n en la oreja izquierda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Posteriormente, al percatarse de los sucedido varios internos del centro lograron someter a&nbsp;<strong>Jorge<\/strong>, y mediante un llamado al n\u00famero de emergencias 911, acudieron al sitio elementos de distintas corporaciones, siendo agentes de la Polic\u00eda Investigadora de Delitos (PID) quienes realizaron la detenci\u00f3n en flagrancia del presunto, quien fue trasladado hacia la sala de detenci\u00f3n provisional de la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado, as\u00ed mismo, el Agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico dio apertura a la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n por los delitos se\u00f1alados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, se llev\u00f3 a cabo la audiencia de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso en la que el Juez de Control y Enjuiciamiento dict\u00f3 la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva para&nbsp;<strong>&nbsp;Jorge<\/strong>, misma que deber\u00e1 cumplir al interior del Centro de Reinserci\u00f3n Social No. 1, otorgando un plazo de dos meses para el cierre de la
