La propuesta preserva tres principios fundamentales: afinidad partidista, paridad de g\u00e9nero y legitimidad democr\u00e1tica. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
La afinidad partidista garantiza que el sustituto pertenezca al mismo partido que el titular, asegurando la continuidad del proyecto pol\u00edtico. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Asimismo, la paridad de g\u00e9nero exige que el reemplazo respete el g\u00e9nero del titular, fomentando la equidad.
