La Fiscal\u00eda Especializada en Combate a la Corrupci\u00f3n del Estado de Durango ha informado sobre la detenci\u00f3n de Jaime N., ex presidente municipal de San Juan del R\u00edo, Durango, por su presunta responsabilidad en el delito de peculado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Este il\u00edcito afect\u00f3 el patrimonio del Ayuntamiento durante su gesti\u00f3n, que abarc\u00f3 el periodo de 2019 a 2022. La captura fue llevada a cabo por agentes de la Polic\u00eda Investigadora de Delitos de Corrupci\u00f3n, quienes ejecutaron una orden de aprehensi\u00f3n emitida por un Juez de Control a solicitud del Ministerio P\u00fablico Especializado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Seg\u00fan la investigaci\u00f3n, Jaime N. habr\u00eda recibido sumas de dinero por la venta de inmuebles municipales, las cuales no fueron reportadas a la Tesorer\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Como consecuencia, los recursos destinados para la compra de una ambulancia equipada no se utilizaron, comprometiendo as\u00ed los servicios de salud en la localidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
