2022<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El\u00a0<strong>Congreso de Veracruz<\/strong>\u00a0aprob\u00f3 este jueves la iniciativa de reforma al\u00a0<strong>C\u00f3digo Civil\u00a0<\/strong>con la que se aprueba el\u00a0<strong>matrimonio igualitario<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con la reforma hecha este jueves, se determin\u00f3 que el matrimonio es \u201c<em>la uni\u00f3n de dos personas a trav\u00e9s de un contrato civil, que, en ejercicio de su voluntad, deciden compartir un proyecto de vida conjunto, a partir de una relaci\u00f3n afectiva con \u00e1nimo de permanencia, cooperaci\u00f3n y apoyo mutuo y sin impedimento legal alguno<\/em>\u201c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/lopezdoriga.com\/nacional\/suprema-corte-veracruz-aborto-derechos-homosexuales\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pasado lunes<\/a>&nbsp;30 de mayo, la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Naci\u00f3n decret\u00f3 la invalidez del art\u00edculo 75 y el 47 del mismo C\u00f3digo Civil, los
