La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Durango (FGED) ha logrado una sentencia condenatoria de 15 a\u00f1os y 9 meses de prisi\u00f3n para Sim\u00f3n Hern\u00e1ndez Rodr\u00edguez, acusado de abusar sexualmente de tres ni\u00f1as en el municipio de Lerdo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Esta decisi\u00f3n judicial es resultado del arduo trabajo del Agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico que forma parte del Centro de Justicia para Ni\u00f1as, Ni\u00f1os y Adolescentes de la Regi\u00f3n Laguna, quien present\u00f3 s\u00f3lidas pruebas ante un Juez de Control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
