La reforma constitucional de igualdad sustantiva otorga el derecho de las mujeres a una vida libre de violencias<\/p>\n\n\n\n
En la conferencia matutina de Palacio Nacional, Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo, proclam\u00f3 que el d\u00eda de hoy representa un hito hist\u00f3rico para M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La mandataria enfatiz\u00f3 que, con la promulgaci\u00f3n del nuevo decreto, “las mujeres ya estamos en la Constituci\u00f3n\u201d, asegurando que nuestros derechos est\u00e1n ahora garantizados en la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sheinbaum reconoci\u00f3 la existencia de desigualdades hist\u00f3ricas y subray\u00f3 la importancia de abrir espacios para abordarlas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La firma de este decreto, que concede a las mujeres el derecho a vivir sin violencia y a eliminar la brecha salarial, estuvo acompa\u00f1ada por figuras clave como la consejera jur\u00eddica de la Presidencia, Ernestina Godoy, y la secretaria de las Mujeres, Citlalli Hern\u00e1ndez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La reforma incluye modificaciones a varios art\u00edculos de la Carta Magna, estableciendo un compromiso estatal hacia la igualdad sustantiva y la protecci\u00f3n especial de mujeres, adolescentes, y ni\u00f1os frente a la violencia.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
