En la cuarta sesi\u00f3n extraordinaria, el Congreso del Estado aprob\u00f3 las minutas enviadas por el Congreso de la Uni\u00f3n, que incluyen reformas materia de prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa y simplificaci\u00f3n org\u00e1nica, destacando la desaparici\u00f3n de organismos aut\u00f3nomos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Con esta votaci\u00f3n y como parte del Constituyente Permanente, Durango se suma al esfuerzo nacional por modernizar y adecuar el marco jur\u00eddico, respondiendo a las demandas ciudadanas de mayor eficiencia y transparencia en la gesti\u00f3n gubernamental, as\u00ed como de un sistema de justicia m\u00e1s justo y accesible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Fue la Comisi\u00f3n de Puntos Constitucionales quien present\u00f3 el dictamen de la reforma sobre prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa que busca redefinir los par\u00e1metros de aplicaci\u00f3n de esta medida cautelar, limit\u00e1ndola a casos excepcionales y priorizando el respeto a los derechos humanos y la presunci\u00f3n de inocencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Este cambio responde a la necesidad de garantizar un sistema de justicia m\u00e1s equitativo y alineado con los est\u00e1ndares internacionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
