\u201cLos ataques con \u00e1cido son una de las formas m\u00e1s crueles de violencia ejercida contra las mujeres; estas agresiones no solo causan un dolor f\u00edsico inmenso, sino que tambi\u00e9n tienen una carga simb\u00f3lica, ya que buscan marcar a las v\u00edctimas de por vida\u201d, expres\u00f3 al realizar la ampliaci\u00f3n de motivos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Inform\u00f3 que, seg\u00fan la organizaci\u00f3n Acid Survivors Trust International, estos ataques afectan principalmente a mujeres, constituyendo una manifestaci\u00f3n espec\u00edfica de violencia de g\u00e9nero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Adem\u00e1s de desfiguraci\u00f3n y lesiones permanentes, las v\u00edctimas enfrentan traumas psicol\u00f3gicos y una rehabilitaci\u00f3n prolongada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
