{"id":1269,"date":"2022-06-04T16:19:17","date_gmt":"2022-06-04T16:19:17","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/samanoticiasdurango.com\/?p=1269"},"modified":"2022-06-04T16:19:20","modified_gmt":"2022-06-04T16:19:20","slug":"en-durango-se-prohibe-menores-de-cinco-anos-en-motocicleta","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/samanoticiasdurango.com\/index.php\/2022\/06\/04\/en-durango-se-prohibe-menores-de-cinco-anos-en-motocicleta\/","title":{"rendered":"<strong>En Durango se proh\u00edbe menores de cinco a\u00f1os en motocicleta<\/strong>"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Por unanimidad el Congreso del Estado aprob\u00f3 sancionar al conductor de motocicleta que transporte a un menor de cinco a\u00f1os de edad, ya que pone en riesgo su integridad f\u00edsica.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La iniciativa fue presentada por el Partido Acci\u00f3n Nacional (PAN), quienes consideraron necesario imponer una sanci\u00f3n a quienes expongan a los menores de edad al viajar con ellos sin que cuentan a\u00fan con la pericia para sujetarse y evitar caer del veh\u00edculo en movimiento.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp;\u201clos ni\u00f1os tienen m\u00e1s probabilidades que los adultos de sufrir consecuencias severas. Esto es as\u00ed porque el cerebro y el cr\u00e1neo del ni\u00f1o son m\u00e1s vulnerables que los del adulto ya que no han alcanzado la maduraci\u00f3n completa\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A los cuatro a\u00f1os, el tama\u00f1o de la cabeza de un ni\u00f1o es 90 por ciento la de un adulto y a los doce a\u00f1os es el 95 por ciento.
