Con el objetivo de garantizar la equidad de g\u00e9nero en la funci\u00f3n notarial, la diputada Sandra Amaya Rosales present\u00f3 la iniciativa que busca reformar la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del Estado, para establecer la obligaci\u00f3n del titular del Ejecutivo estatal de asignar patentes notariales de manera alternada entre hombres y mujeres, contribuyendo as\u00ed a reducir la desigualdad de g\u00e9nero en este \u00e1mbito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Al realizar la ampliaci\u00f3n, destac\u00f3 que la funci\u00f3n notarial ha sido hist\u00f3ricamente dominada por los hombres, lo que se refleja tanto en la redacci\u00f3n de la normativa vigente como en la escasa representaci\u00f3n femenina en la titularidad de notar\u00edas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Durante la sesi\u00f3n ordinaria, la integrante del Grupo Parlamentario de Morena, inform\u00f3 que seg\u00fan el directorio de notar\u00edas del Gobierno del Estado, actualmente solo 19 mujeres cuentan con una patente notarial, mientras que los hombres ocupan 36 de estos espacios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cLa paridad de g\u00e9nero no es un privilegio, es un derecho. No buscamos beneficios adicionales por ser mujeres, sino las mismas oportunidades que los hombres. Es momento de generar condiciones equitativas en el acceso a la funci\u00f3n notarial en nuestra entidad\u201d, expres\u00f3 la legisladora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Asimismo, subray\u00f3 que la iniciativa responde a la necesidad de establecer mecanismos legales que fomenten la igualdad, hasta que la equidad de g\u00e9nero en todos los espacios p\u00fablicos y profesionales sea una realidad sin necesidad de cuotas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cLa historia nos ha demostrado que el acceso de las mujeres a posiciones de poder no ha sido natural ni sencillo. Sin embargo, hoy vivimos tiempos en los que nuestras madres y abuelas jam\u00e1s hubieran imaginado, con una mujer liderando el rumbo de nuestro pa\u00eds.
