El Congreso del Estado present\u00f3 una denuncia ante la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado contra quienes resulten responsables de los da\u00f1os provocados por el incendio registrado el pasado 8 de marzo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El documento fue entregado de manera oficial y personalmente al Ministerio P\u00fablico, por el secretario general, David Gerardo Enr\u00edquez D\u00edaz y el secretario de Asuntos Jur\u00eddicos del Poder Legislativo, Gerardo Alonso Sandoval Solano; lo cual fue anunciado previamente por presidente de la Junta de Gobierno y Coordinaci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica, H\u00e9ctor Herrera N\u00fa\u00f1ez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A la comparecencia en la Fiscal\u00eda, Enr\u00edquez D\u00edaz destac\u00f3 que ser\u00e1 responsabilidad de las autoridades ministeriales llevar a cabo la investigaci\u00f3n correspondiente, ya que, adem\u00e1s de los da\u00f1os materiales, el incendio puso en riesgo la vida de trabajadores del Poder Legislativo y de las instituciones de seguridad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Se inform\u00f3 que la investigaci\u00f3n quedar\u00e1 en manos de la Fiscal\u00eda, con la expectativa de que se identifique y sancione a los responsables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Hasta el momento, el Congreso del Estado sigue evaluando los da\u00f1os, los cuales ascienden a cientos miles de pesos. Entre las \u00e1reas m\u00e1s afectadas se encuentran las oficinas de la Secretar\u00eda General y el Centro de Investigaciones y Estudios Legislativos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
