pueda hacer con seguridad, sin barreras ni temores, en condiciones laborales justas y libres de acoso o discriminaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El transporte p\u00fablico ha sido hist\u00f3ricamente un espacio dominado por hombres, lo que ha generado barreras estructurales para la participaci\u00f3n femenina.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La iniciativa busca eliminar dichas barreras, promoviendo condiciones laborales justas y libres de acoso o discriminaci\u00f3n para las mujeres.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Se reconoce el papel del transporte como herramienta de transformaci\u00f3n social y de generaci\u00f3n de oportunidades, especialmente para madres jefas de familia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La propuesta representa un paso hacia una movilidad con perspectiva de g\u00e9nero, m\u00e1s segura, digna e incluyente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Se exhorta a los municipios a generar pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas que incentiven y protejan la participaci\u00f3n de mujeres
