La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Durango (FGED) ha logrado una sentencia condenatoria contra Juan Carlos Bernadac de la Torre por el homicidio calificado de Eloy Heriberto Reyes R\u00edos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
La agresi\u00f3n ocurri\u00f3 el 15 de junio durante un festejo en un domicilio, donde Juan Carlos apu\u00f1al\u00f3 a Reyes R\u00edos con un cuchillo, causando su muerte. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Tras recibir el reporte, la FGED inici\u00f3 una investigaci\u00f3n que culmin\u00f3 con la detenci\u00f3n del agresor. El juez impuso una pena de 19 a\u00f1os y casi 30 d\u00edas de prisi\u00f3n, adem\u00e1s de multas y reparaciones econ\u00f3micas a las v\u00edctimas.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
