VICTORIA, DGO."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Durango (FGED) a trav\u00e9s de elementos pertenecientes a la Polic\u00eda Investigadora de Delitos (PID), logr\u00f3 la detenci\u00f3n en flagrancia de\u00a0<strong>Miguel \u00c1ngel \u201cN\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0, por su presunta responsabilidad en el delito de feminicidio, en agravio de quien en vida respondiera al nombre\u00a0<strong>Gillen Z\u00fa\u00f1iga Alvarado<\/strong>\u00a0, de 18 a\u00f1os de edad, quien perdi\u00f3 la vida a causa de heridas por arma blanca en distintas partes del cuerpo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ayer cerca de las 21:10 horas, se report\u00f3 al personal de esta Fiscal\u00eda destacados en el municipio de Guadalupe Victoria, Dgo., sobre el fallecimiento de una femenina en la localidad Calixto Contreras, quien minutos antes fue agredida por arma blanca por el presunto responsable identificado con el nombre de&nbsp;<strong>Miguel \u00c1ngel<\/strong>&nbsp;, quien fue detenido en flagrancia y se encuentra en la sala de detenci\u00f3n provisional de esta dependencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, el Agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico integra la correspondiente carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n bajo el protocolo de feminicidio, siendo en pr\u00f3ximas horas que ser\u00e1 puesto a disposici\u00f3n del Juez, ante quien se celebrar\u00e1 la audiencia de su detenci\u00f3n legal, as\u00ed como de formulaci\u00f3n de imputaci\u00f3n y que el Juez resuelva sobre la solicitud de vinculaci\u00f3n del indicado por el delito
