El Congreso del Estado design\u00f3 a la ciudadana Alejandra Elizabeth Terrones Ochoa
como integrante del \u00d3rgano de Administraci\u00f3n del Poder Judicial del Estado, con
efectos a partir del 1 de septiembre de 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Durante el segundo d\u00eda del Periodo Extraordinario de Sesiones, los integrantes de
la Junta de Gobierno y Coordinaci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica, que preside el diputado H\u00e9ctor
Herrera N\u00fa\u00f1ez, celebraron una sesi\u00f3n de trabajo en la que se determin\u00f3 someter a
consideraci\u00f3n del Pleno dos perfiles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Entre ellos, estaban Alejandra Elizabeth Terrones Ochoa y Yander Porfirio
Rodr\u00edguez Ayala, resultando electo la primera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Con esta designaci\u00f3n, las y los diputados locales refrendaron su compromiso de
contribuir al fortalecimiento de las instituciones y a la transparencia en el manejo
de los recursos destinados a la impartici\u00f3n de justicia en Durango.
Cabe destacar que este \u00f3rgano estar\u00e1 integrado por cinco personas; tres
propuestas por el Poder Judicial, una por el Ejecutivo estatal y una por el Poder
Legislativo; el cual ser\u00e1 responsable del manejo del Fondo Auxiliar para la
administraci\u00f3n de justicia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Las y los integrantes del Pleno del \u00d3rgano de Administraci\u00f3n rendir\u00e1n protesta ante
el Pleno del Tribunal Superior de Justicia, dando as\u00ed cumplimiento al marco
