En el marco del Mes de la Concientizaci\u00f3n del C\u00e1ncer de Pr\u00f3stata, el diputado Octavio Adame de la Fuente, present\u00f3 la iniciativa de reformas a la Ley de Salud del Estado, para visibilizar y fortalecer la atenci\u00f3n de la salud masculina, un tema hist\u00f3ricamente relegado en las pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Al realizar la ampliaci\u00f3n de motivos, el legislador destac\u00f3 que esta propuesta busca incorporar de manera clara la atenci\u00f3n de la andropausia, la prevenci\u00f3n del c\u00e1ncer de pr\u00f3stata y el fomento de la salud sexual masculina, bajo una l\u00f3gica de progresividad de los derechos humanos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cEsta iniciativa busca visibilizar la salud masculina como parte integral del bienestar social y promover la atenci\u00f3n de la andropausia y la prevenci\u00f3n del c\u00e1ncer de pr\u00f3stata\u201d, expres\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El integrante de la coalici\u00f3n parlamentaria \u201cCuarta Transformaci\u00f3n\u201d, explic\u00f3 que la propuesta contempla la operaci\u00f3n de programas de informaci\u00f3n, prevenci\u00f3n y atenci\u00f3n dirigidos a hombres que cursan las etapas del climaterio masculino o andropausia, as\u00ed como acciones institucionales para promover su bienestar f\u00edsico y emocional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Inform\u00f3 que, de acuerdo con datos del INEGI, en 2023 se registraron m\u00e1s de siete mil 800 defunciones por c\u00e1ncer de pr\u00f3stata, convirti\u00e9ndose en la primera causa de muerte por c\u00e1ncer en hombres en M\u00e9xico. Estas cifras subrayan la urgencia de reforzar las pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas de prevenci\u00f3n, diagn\u00f3stico temprano y tratamiento adecuado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Adame de la Fuente subray\u00f3 que es indispensable fortalecer el andamiaje legal e institucional para garantizar una atenci\u00f3n integral y equitativa para los hombres duranguenses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La iniciativa tambi\u00e9n propone que la Secretar\u00eda de Salud del Estado implemente campa\u00f1as de concientizaci\u00f3n y capacitaci\u00f3n dirigidas al personal m\u00e9dico, con el fin de asegurar diagn\u00f3sticos oportunos y tratamientos adecuados.
