Durante el primer encuentro formal ante medios de comunicaci\u00f3n, el legislado destac\u00f3 que uno de los temas de mayor relevancia es la adecuaci\u00f3n del marco jur\u00eddico local para la implementaci\u00f3n del C\u00f3digo Nacional de Procedimientos Civiles y Familiares, que deber\u00e1 entrar en vigor a m\u00e1s tardar el 1 de abril de 2027; lo cual
permitir\u00e1 unificar las reglas procesales en todo el pa\u00eds, priorizando la oralidad, la justicia digital y la perspectiva de g\u00e9nero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
En este sentido, resalt\u00f3 que en los pr\u00f3ximos d\u00edas sostendr\u00e1n mesas de trabajo con el Poder Judicial para definir c\u00f3mo implementar estos cambios, ya que se trata de legislar de forma responsable y seria, para contar con una justicia mejor y efectiva, que es una demanda de la sociedad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
De cara al Segundo Periodo Ordinario de Sesiones, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que habr\u00e1 un intenso trabajo en comisiones para dictaminar iniciativas y convertirlas en ley, adem\u00e1s de presentar una Agenda Legislativa Com\u00fan, como lo establece la Ley Org\u00e1nica del Congreso, teniendo acuerdos con todos los grupos parlamentarios y fracciones.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
