que durante varios a\u00f1os se impuls\u00f3 la\u00a0<strong>privatizaci\u00f3n y terciarizaci\u00f3n de las guarder\u00edas del Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social (IMSS)<\/strong>, lo que \u2014asegur\u00f3\u2014 deriv\u00f3 en\u00a0<strong>muy malos resultados en la atenci\u00f3n a ni\u00f1as y ni\u00f1os<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que este esquema de subrogaci\u00f3n estuvo relacionado con casos graves como el de la&nbsp;<strong>Incendio de la Guarder\u00eda ABC<\/strong>, tragedia que marc\u00f3 al pa\u00eds y evidenci\u00f3 fallas estructurales en el modelo de prestaci\u00f3n del servicio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La mandataria explic\u00f3 que actualmente se implementa un&nbsp;<strong>nuevo esquema de atenci\u00f3n directa<\/strong>, en el que las guarder\u00edas son operadas por trabajadores y trabajadoras del propio IMSS, con el objetivo de fortalecer la supervisi\u00f3n, la calidad del servicio y la seguridad de los menores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sheinbaum record\u00f3 que sus propios hijos asistieron a guarder\u00edas del IMSS y expres\u00f3 su agradecimiento hacia quienes laboran en estos espacios, al reconocer la importancia de su trabajo en el
