\u201cEliminar el requisito de convivencia dentro de la Ley de Seguro Social permitir\u00eda que m\u00e1s padres y madres sean beneficiarios del seguro, se recudir\u00eda el gasto en salud y se fortalecer\u00eda el bienestar familiar\u201d, afirm\u00f3 la diputada Georgina Solorio Garc\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Al presentar la iniciativa, explic\u00f3 que la pr\u00e1ctica administrativa del Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social (IMSS) exige demostrar tanto la dependencia econ\u00f3mica como la convivencia, lo cual responde a un enfoque tradicional que no refleja la din\u00e1mica actual de las familias, lo que impiden que este derecho llegue a quienes m\u00e1s lo necesitan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cLa seguridad social no debe ser privilegio de unos cuantos; es una necesidad humanitaria que el Estado mexicano debe garantizar por ser un derecho consagrado en la Constituci\u00f3n\u201d, expres\u00f3 a nombre del Grupo Parlamentario de Morena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La diputada respald\u00f3 su propuesta con datos del INEGI, los cuales indican que en M\u00e9xico existen cerca de 17.9 millones de personas de 60 a\u00f1os o m\u00e1s, lo que representa alrededor del 14 por ciento de la poblaci\u00f3n total, muchas de las cuales dependen econ\u00f3micamente de sus hijos sin compartir vivienda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Asimismo, cit\u00f3 cifras del Consejo Nacional de Evaluaci\u00f3n de la Pol\u00edtica de Desarrollo Social (CONEVAL), que reporta que 64.7 millones de mexicanos carecen de acceso a la seguridad social, evidenciando la urgencia de impulsar reformas que ampl\u00eden la cobertura y garanticen este derecho.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
