\u2022 Como parte del Constituyente Permanente aprueba reforma al Poder Judicial<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El Congreso del Estado aval\u00f3 la minuta con proyecto de decreto de reformas a la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, en materia de reforma del Poder Judicial (PJ), la cual aplaza la elecci\u00f3n de jueces y magistrados al 2028.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Como parte del Constituyente Permanente, las y los diputados locales discutieron la minuta enviada por el Senado de la Rep\u00fablica, misma que analiz\u00f3 la Comisi\u00f3n de Puntos Constitucionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Con el aval de los legisladores locales, la siguiente elecci\u00f3n judicial se celebrar\u00e1 el primer domingo de junio del a\u00f1o 2028, de forma concurrente al proceso electoral federal ordinario, decisi\u00f3n que fortalece la identidad propia del modelo de justicia democr\u00e1tica, permite atender los desaf\u00edos log\u00edsticos identificados a partir de la experiencia de 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Adem\u00e1s, abre la oportunidad de realizar los ajustes normativos, t\u00e9cnicos y metodol\u00f3gicos necesarios para mejorar el proceso y se establecen nuevas secciones operativas dentro de la Suprema Corte para agilizar la resoluci\u00f3n de asuntos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
En el caso de la revocaci\u00f3n de mandato se realizar\u00e1 el primer domingo de junio del cuarto a\u00f1o del periodo constitucional de forma coincidente con las jornadas electorales, federal o locales.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
