Una adolescente de 17 a\u00f1os fue detenida y puesta a disposici\u00f3n de un juez especializado, se\u00f1alada por su presunta responsabilidad en la muerte de su hijo reci\u00e9n nacido, inform\u00f3 la Vicefiscal\u00eda de la Regi\u00f3n Laguna.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n El vicefiscal Juan Francisco \u00c1ngeles Zapata<\/strong> inform\u00f3 que el caso ocurri\u00f3 el 16 de agosto en el fraccionamiento San Ignacio, de G\u00f3mez Palacio, Durango<\/strong>. La joven, quien ten\u00eda 17 a\u00f1os, dio a luz a un beb\u00e9 de 37 semanas de gestaci\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n De acuerdo con las investigaciones, la adolescente acudi\u00f3 posteriormente a la Cl\u00ednica 51 del IMSS<\/strong>, donde manifest\u00f3 que hab\u00eda sufrido un aborto espont\u00e1neo. Sin embargo, las diligencias permitieron localizar el cuerpo del reci\u00e9n nacido cerca de su domicilio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n La necropsia estableci\u00f3 que el beb\u00e9 hab\u00eda llegado a t\u00e9rmino y presentaba lesiones producidas por un objeto punzocortante<\/strong>, por lo que la Fiscal\u00eda descart\u00f3 la hip\u00f3tesis inicial de un aborto y abri\u00f3 una investigaci\u00f3n por homicidio calificado<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n La adolescente fue presentada ante un Juez Especializado en Justicia para Adolescentes<\/strong>, quien determinar\u00e1 las condiciones bajo las cuales continuar\u00e1 el proceso.
