La representaci\u00f3n legal de los padres de los cinco reci\u00e9n nacidos fallecidos en el Hospital General de Zona n\u00famero 1 del IMSS en Durango desminti\u00f3 que exista un acuerdo o propuesta de indemnizaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica por parte del instituto<\/sup>. El abogado de los afectados aclar\u00f3 que la versi\u00f3n sobre el supuesto rechazo a una oferta es falsa, ya que dicha propuesta ni siquiera ha sido formulada de manera oficial<\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hasta el momento, las investigaciones contin\u00faan sin arrojar una conclusi\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica o pericial definitiva que atribuya la totalidad de los decesos a una misma causa o que establezca responsabilidades individuales entre el personal m\u00e9dico<\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ante esta situaci\u00f3n, la exigencia central de los familiares se enfoca en el esclarecimiento total de los hechos, la revisi\u00f3n exhaustiva de los protocolos hospitalarios y la identificaci\u00f3n de posibles omisiones en la atenci\u00f3n recibida<\/sup>. Se\u00f1alan que cualquier comunicado o anuncio de mejora institucional por parte del IMSS debe respaldarse con resultados transparentes de la investigaci\u00f3n, permitiendo a las familias conocer la verdad sobre la p\u00e9rdida de sus hijos y garantizar que se haga justicia<\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
