Durango registr\u00f3 37 mil 105 personas desocupadas durante agosto, ubicando la tasa de desempleo en 4.1%, cifra superior al 3.9% reportado en julio y al promedio nacional de 3.0%, seg\u00fan datos de la Encuesta Nacional de Ocupaci\u00f3n y Empleo (ENOE) del INEGI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A la par, las cifras del Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social (IMSS) mostraron una recuperaci\u00f3n de 810 puestos de trabajo formales en la entidad durante el mismo mes, tras la ca\u00edda registrada en julio. Ambos indicadores coexisten al medir dimensiones distintas de la econom\u00eda: la creaci\u00f3n de plazas afiliadas y la demanda real de ocupaci\u00f3n en la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El panorama laboral obliga a evaluar los anuncios oficiales desde la realidad de quienes buscan ingresos. Si bien la generaci\u00f3n de empleo formal representa un avance importante, este indicador no garantiza por s\u00ed solo una reducci\u00f3n efectiva de la desocupaci\u00f3n ni resuelve las necesidades integrales de la fuerza de trabajo en el estado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
