fiscal\u00eda Regi\u00f3n Laguna, informa sobre la detenci\u00f3n en flagrancia de&nbsp;<strong>Cristian Yovani \u201cN\u201d&nbsp;<\/strong>y&nbsp;<strong>Blanca Estela \u201cN\u201d<\/strong>, de 28 y 30 a\u00f1os, respectivamente, ambos con domicilio en colonia Las Brisas Sur de Lerdo, Dgo., por su probable comisi\u00f3n del delito de lesiones y violencia familiar, cometido en agravio de una menor de 1 a\u00f1o y 6 meses de edad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo a los datos recabados por el Agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico, fue a las 17:00 horas del d\u00eda de ayer, cuando&nbsp;<strong>Estela&nbsp;<\/strong>-debido a diversos malestares que presentaba la menor- la traslad\u00f3 para recibir atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica al Hospital General de Lerdo, lugar donde el m\u00e9dico en turno le diagnostic\u00f3 al momento de su ingreso: un cuadro agudo de deshidrataci\u00f3n, desnutrici\u00f3n, as\u00ed como traumatismo craneoencef\u00e1lico y omisi\u00f3n de cuidados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por lo anterior, el personal m\u00e9dico de dicho nosocomio atendiendo la aplicaci\u00f3n de la norma 046, en todos los casos donde pueda existir la presunci\u00f3n de violencia, dio parte a personal del DIF de aquel municipio, quienes a su vez informaron de lo ocurrido ante la Vicefiscal\u00eda Regi\u00f3n Laguna, para que se iniciara una investigaci\u00f3n de hechos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Puntualizar, que elementos de la Polic\u00eda Investigadora de Delitos (PID) acudieron al lugar y tras realizar las indagatorias correspondientes mediante entrevistas de contexto, se tuvo conocimiento que la madre de la menor y su pareja sentimental podr\u00edan estar relacionados con los hechos, y en raz\u00f3n de lo ya referido, procedieron a la detenci\u00f3n en flagrancia de ambos y puestos a disposici\u00f3n del Agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico, quien ya integra la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n, a fin de establecer su probable responsabilidad, para la
