El cambio de nombre del Boulevard Jos\u00e9 Santos Valdez, por el de Jos\u00e9 Rosas Aispuro Torres, determinado por el cabildo de Lerdo, es un hecho ignominioso que agravia la memoria hist\u00f3rica del maestro Jos\u00e9 Santos Valdez, en desdoro de la imagen del Titular el Poder Ejecutivo<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Coincido con Sa\u00fal Rosales Carrillo en que es la impudicia del Ayuntamiento y del gobernador, que atenta contra uno de los laguneros m\u00e1s ilustres de la rep\u00fablica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El error se podr\u00eda enmendar con un acto de desagravio por parte del cabildo y la declinaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica del gobernador del Estado.
