Transcurrieron LOS GOBIERNOS DE Hern\u00e1ndez Deras y Herrera Caldera, que llevados por su ambici\u00f3n desmedida se les hizo poco el presupuesto y multiplicaron la deuda por 5, es decir, 15 mil millones de pesos. Adem\u00e1s, se apropiaron y vendieron indebidamente bienes p\u00fablicos, como es el caso del terreno donde est\u00e1 el Hotel Hampton.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Y aunque Aispuro dijo que le iba a temblar la mano para castigar a los responsables del quebranto financiero, al final result\u00f3 que s\u00ed, que si le tembl\u00f3 y no pas\u00f3 nada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Este gobierno aispurista no ha sido transparente con la deuda actual, pero podemos calcular que, si el la recibi\u00f3 en15 mil millones, no es descabellado pensar que la deuda ande en alrededor de 20 mil millones de pesos, dado que sabemos que se les debe a bancos, constructores, proveedores, municipios, maestros, prestaciones laborales a bur\u00f3cratas y a la Universidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Lo m\u00e1s grave es que esta mega deuda no se ha reflejado en mejores condiciones de vida para los duranguenses ni mayor desarrollo econ\u00f3mico<\/p>\n\n\n\n
