{"id":2985,"date":"2022-09-23T13:35:59","date_gmt":"2022-09-23T13:35:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/samanoticiasdurango.com\/?p=2985"},"modified":"2022-09-23T13:41:25","modified_gmt":"2022-09-23T13:41:25","slug":"poder-judicial-esta-mal-y-le-hace-falta-una-reforma-lopez-obrador","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/samanoticiasdurango.com\/index.php\/2022\/09\/23\/poder-judicial-esta-mal-y-le-hace-falta-una-reforma-lopez-obrador\/","title":{"rendered":"\u201cPoder Judicial est\u00e1 mal y le hace falta una reforma\u201d: L\u00f3pez Obrador"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El presidente de M\u00e9xico,<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/lopezobrador_\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u00a0Andr\u00e9s Manuel<\/a>\u00a0L\u00f3pez Obrador<\/strong>, volvi\u00f3 a arremeter contra el\u00a0<strong>Poder Judicial\u00a0<\/strong>en nuestro pa\u00eds, del cual detall\u00f3 que \u201c<strong>s\u00ed est\u00e1 mal<\/strong>\u201d y que le hace falta una\u00a0<strong>verdadera reforma<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la conferencia matutina de Palacio Nacional, L\u00f3pez Obrador critic\u00f3 el actuar del juez\u00a0<strong>juez Samuel Ventura Ramos<\/strong>, por las\u00a0<strong>liberaciones de implicados<\/strong>\u00a0en el\u00a0<strong>Caso Ayotzinapa<\/strong>, las cuales ya acumulan\u00a0<strong>120 sentencias absolutorias.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEsto que ayer se dio a conocer que el juez que est\u00e1 atendido el asunto de Ayotzinapa, que ha liberado como a 120 implicados, y saben que todo tiene que ver con el supuesto debido proceso (\u2026)&nbsp; Puede ser derecho que est\u00e1 por verse, porque yo creo que es&nbsp;<em>chueco<\/em>, pero sin duda no es justicia\u201d, refiri\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSi estamos hablando de un caso de tremenda injusticia, y porque no est\u00e1 bien presentada la denuncia por el Ministerio P\u00fablico, ya con eso voy a resolver, dejar en libertad a un presunto delincuente, por qu\u00e9 no se repone el procedimiento, \u00bfqu\u00e9 no es juez?, \u00bfqu\u00e9 no teje que ver con la justicia?, \u00bfqui\u00e9n lo nombr\u00f3?, \u00bfpor qu\u00e9 el caso de Ayotzinapa, que tiene que ver con Guerrero lo atiende un juez de Tamaulipas, pero ademas en la frontera y que vive en los EE.UU.?\u201d, indic\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c\u00bfC\u00f3mo es eso?, \u00bfvan a seguir haciendo y deshaciendo? Tiene que haber una revisi\u00f3n de este proceder al interior del Poder Judicial, no puede seguirse manteniendo as\u00ed. Si a esas vamos. este juez es el Estado, qui\u00e9n lo eligi\u00f3 para ser el jefe del Estado?, porque \u00e9l est\u00e1 por encima de todo, tiene un poder omn\u00edmodo\u201d, agreg\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El mandatario mexicano dej\u00f3 en claro que seguir\u00e1 insistiendo en este tipo de casos en el Poder Judicial, \u201cy en lo que a nosotros corresponde vamos a denunciar penalmente este caso\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La&nbsp;<strong>Asociaci\u00f3n Nacional de Magistrados de Circuito y Jueces de Distrito&nbsp;<\/strong>del<strong>&nbsp;Poder Judicial de la Federaci\u00f3n<\/strong>&nbsp;lamentaron el constante ambiente de&nbsp;<strong>hostigamiento<\/strong>&nbsp;que existe en contra de&nbsp;<strong>jueces<\/strong>&nbsp;despu\u00e9s de emitir sus&nbsp;<strong>resoluciones<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/lopezdoriga.com\/nacional\/magistrados-jueces-lamentan-hostigamiento-gobierno-federal-resoluciones\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">En un comunicado publicado en redes sociales<\/a>, pidieron a las autoridades del&nbsp;<strong>Gobierno Federal<\/strong>&nbsp;presentar sus planteamientos u observaciones
