A PROCESO PRESUNTO PEDERASTA DE G\u00d3MEZ PALACIO, DGO.<\/strong>"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Durango (FGED), mediante los elementos de prueba aportados por el Agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico adscrito a la Vice fiscal\u00eda Regi\u00f3n Laguna, consigui\u00f3 que un Juez de Control y Enjuiciamiento vinculara a proceso a\u00a0<strong>Humberto Francisco \u201cN\u201d<\/strong>, de 38 a\u00f1os de edad, por su probable comisi\u00f3n en el delito de pederastia agravada, cometido en perjuicio de una menor de edad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con la informaci\u00f3n que contiene la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n, el agravio en contra de la menor ocurri\u00f3 entre mayo y junio del 2020, cuando al encontrarse en un domicilio del municipio de G\u00f3mez Palacio, Dgo., el ahora imputado tom\u00f3 provecho y la agravi\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Posteriormente, familiares de la afectada dieron parte ante la Vicefiscal\u00eda Regi\u00f3n Laguna, donde autoridades especializadas iniciaron las diligencias correspondientes y solicitaron la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n en contra de&nbsp;<strong>Humberto Francisco \u201cN\u201d<\/strong>, quien recientemente fue detenido por elementos de la Unidad de Mandamientos Judiciales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, se llev\u00f3 a cabo la audiencia de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso por el delito ya se\u00f1alado, donde el Juez de Control le dict\u00f3 la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva al interior del CERESO No. 1 de Durango, y asimismo otorg\u00f3 al Ministerio P\u00fablico un plazo
