El diario estadounidense The Washington Post apunta que los cambios legales propuestos por el presidente L\u00f3pez Obrador para reformar al INE significan una pu\u00f1alada a la democracia, al socavar su estructura de organismo independiente. El peri\u00f3dico asegur\u00f3 que el gobierno de EU no puede cerrar los ojos ante el debilitamiento democr\u00e1tico que atraviesa su vecino del sur, e hizo votos para que los cambios electorales sean frenados en la SCJN. “La ley electoral, defendida por el presidente L\u00f3pez Obrador y firmada por \u00e9l en los \u00faltimos d\u00edas, es una pu\u00f1alada en el coraz\u00f3n de la democracia mexicana. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ahora que L\u00f3pez Obrador promulg\u00f3 el proyecto de ley, los tribunales son la \u00faltima oportunidad para detenerlo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Con suerte, reconocer\u00e1n el da\u00f1o potencial y lo bloquear\u00e1n, pero L\u00f3pez Obrador no ha tenido reparos en entrometerse en el sistema legal”, se\u00f1al\u00f3 en su editorialel rotativo al calificar a a M\u00e9xico como una joven democracia que vive al borde del abismo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
