El Instituto de Evaluaci\u00f3n de Pol\u00edticas P\u00fablicas del Estado de Durango INEVAP, asegura que el \u00fanico municipio en donde se ha incrementado el n\u00famero de mujeres en condici\u00f3n de pobreza extrema, es el Mezquital, tema que sin duda debe interesar a Ismael Hern\u00e1ndez Deras y a su hija Gabriela L\u00f3pez \u201cla China\u201d y cualquier otro luchador social, originarios o no, de ese lugar en donde es evidente la necesidad de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas a la altura de las circunstancias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
