Con la finalidad de generar mejores condiciones de vida y garantizar los derechos humanos de la infancia, la diputada Sandra Amaya Rosales, present\u00f3 la iniciativa de reformas Ley de los Derechos de Ni\u00f1as, Ni\u00f1os y Adolescentes del Estado, para crear el Registro Estatal de Obligaciones Alimentarias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Al respecto, consider\u00f3 importante tomar en consideraci\u00f3n que de cada 10 divorcios, siete padres no cumplen con la pensi\u00f3n alimenticia lo que se convierte en un problema grave que requiere de soluciones.
\u201cEs necesario hacer \u00e9nfasis en la importancia del derecho alimentario, por lo cual proponemos establecer en Ley, que la ni\u00f1ez tenga el derecho inalienable e irrenunciable a recibir alimentos de sus padres o tutores\u201d, puntualiz\u00f3 al realizar la ampliaci\u00f3n de motivos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Por ello, Amaya Rosales explic\u00f3 que las reformas buscan priorizar uno de los derechos m\u00e1s importantes para cualquier persona, los recursos para satisfacer la mayor\u00eda de sus necesidades, ya que, hacer cumplir este derecho dignifica y asegura la manutenci\u00f3n de las ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y adolescentes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
