C\u00f3digo de Procedimientos Civiles<\/strong>"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>La justicia habitual, misma que acurre a diario con los pleitos familiares y civiles, ser\u00e1 simplificada con la implementaci\u00f3n de procedimientos menos complicados y m\u00e1s expeditos, y por ejemplo, un divorcio en M\u00e9xico podr\u00e1 celebrarse a menos de 15d\u00edas de haberse iniciado el proceso legal, seg\u00fan el dictamen a la minuta que el pleno camaral discuti\u00f3 como una de las reformas urgentes para el pa\u00eds.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En la fundamentaci\u00f3n, el diputado panista Fernando Mac\u00edas, presidente de la Comisi\u00f3n de Justicia en San L\u00e1zaro, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que las reformas ser\u00e1n un instrumento \u201cde pacificaci\u00f3n social\u201d, para que los conflictos que se dan desde el n\u00facleo se puedan atajar desde ah\u00ed y no puedan derivarse en hechos violentos posteriores.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Con 481 votos en favor, cero en contra y cero abstenciones el dictamen fue aprobado en lo general y en lo particular, ya que los legisladores alcanzaron el consenso para expedir el C\u00f3digo Nacional de Procedimientos Civiles y Familiares.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En los avances para garantizar una justicia expedita, el documento -enviado por el Senado a los diputados- resalta que se puedan realizar audiencias y diligencias virtuales, cadena de bloques, firma electr\u00f3nica avanzada, notificaci\u00f3n electr\u00f3nica, archivo o documento electr\u00f3nico, sala virtual, sistema de
