Juan Cortina Gallardo, presidente del Consejo Nacional Agropecuario (CNA), declar\u00f3 que M\u00e9xico se encuentra en una situaci\u00f3n de crisis en el sector del ma\u00edz. Esta problem\u00e1tica no se limita a Sinaloa, sino que se extender\u00e1 a otros estados, debido a la desaparici\u00f3n de los esquemas de comercializaci\u00f3n y a la falta de autosuficiencia en la producci\u00f3n de granos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Cortina Gallardo responsabiliza a los cambios presupuestales en la Secretar\u00eda de Agricultura por la eliminaci\u00f3n de los apoyos para la agricultura comercial, lo cual ha generado serios problemas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
El presidente del CNA destaca que el escenario actual se caracteriza por bajos precios y una apreciaci\u00f3n del peso mexicano que afecta a los agricultores. Se estima que el pago de los precios de garant\u00eda tendr\u00e1 un costo cercano a los 20 mil mdp para el Estado, en comparaci\u00f3n con los dos mil mdp necesarios si se hubieran mantenido los programas de agricultura por contrato y las coberturas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
