domingo&nbsp;<strong>legal<\/strong>&nbsp;la&nbsp;<strong>detenci\u00f3n<\/strong>&nbsp;de&nbsp;<strong>Fernando \u201cN\u201d<\/strong>, alias \u201c<em><strong>El Tibur\u00f3n<\/strong><\/em>\u201c, quien agredi\u00f3 a un joven menor en una sucursal del restaurante&nbsp;<strong>Subway<\/strong>&nbsp;en&nbsp;<strong>San Luis Potos\u00ed<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la audiencia inicial de formulaci\u00f3n de imputaci\u00f3n, la defensa de Fernando \u201cN\u201d solicit\u00f3 la duplicidad del t\u00e9rmino constitucional, lo que fue concedido por el juez Juan David Ramos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La continuaci\u00f3n se decret\u00f3 para el pr\u00f3ximo viernes 11 de agosto a las 12:30 h, donde se definir\u00e1n si a&nbsp;<em>El Tibur\u00f3n<\/em>&nbsp;se le impondr\u00e1n medidas cautelares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mientras tanto, el imputado se mantendr\u00e1 como detenido en Centro de Reinserci\u00f3n Social (Cereso) de San Luis Potos\u00ed, mejor conocido como la Pila.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de&nbsp;<strong>San Luis Potos\u00ed<\/strong>&nbsp;(<a href=\"https:\/\/fiscaliaslp.gob.mx\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">FGE SLP<\/a>) se\u00f1al\u00f3 a Fernando \u201cN\u201d por el&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/lopezdoriga.com\/nacional\/imputaran-delito-homicidio-calificado-grado-tentativa-el-tiburon-agresor-empleado-subway-slp\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">delito de homicidio calificado en grado de tentativa<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/strong>Por este delito, la autoridad potosina propondr\u00e1 una&nbsp;<strong>sanci\u00f3n&nbsp;<\/strong>m\u00ednima de 12 a\u00f1os y seis meses y un m\u00e1ximo de 50 a\u00f1os de c\u00e1rcel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La ma\u00f1ana del s\u00e1bado 5 de agosto fue detenido&nbsp;<em>El Tibur\u00f3n<\/em>, quien el pasado 31 de julio golpe\u00f3 de manera brutal a un menor de edad dentro de un local de la cadena Subway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Santiago \u201cN\u201d, de 15 a\u00f1os, recibi\u00f3 diversas lesiones que lo llevaron a ser atendido en un centro de salud, y posteriormente su madre interpuso una querella para que se capturara al responsable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agentes de la Polic\u00eda de Investigaci\u00f3n pudieron lograr su aseguramiento, luego de que se tramitara y consiguiera la correspondiente orden de aprehensi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con informaci\u00f3n de L\u00f3pez-D\u00f3riga
