Los residentes de California<\/strong>, que esperan la llegada esta noche de la tormenta Hilary, sintieron hoy un temblor de magnitud 5,1 en la costa suroeste de California<\/strong>, seguido de varias r\u00e9plicas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El temblor tuvo su origen a 7 kil\u00f3metros al sureste de la ciudad de Ojai, en el condado de Ventura, sinti\u00e9ndose en varios condados cercanos, incluido Los \u00c1ngeles, Santa B\u00e1rbara y Ventura<\/strong>, y hasta el momento no se ha informado de da\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Los residentes en esas \u00e1reas recibieron una alerta m\u00f3vil de emergencia del sistema de alerta temprana del Servicio Geol\u00f3gico, se\u00f1ala NBC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El temblor ocurre en momentos en que la tormenta Hilary<\/strong>, la primera en 84 a\u00f1os en azotar California, se dirige hacia ese estado con el riesgo de producir \u201ccatastr\u00f3ficas inundaciones\u201d a causa de las fuertes lluvias, dijo el Centro Nacional de Huracanes (NHC) de este pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En Los \u00c1ngeles y otras ciudades ya ha comenzado a llover y torrentes de agua ya corren por las calles mientras algunos condados emitieron alertas de desalojo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
