Este mi\u00e9rcoles 30 de agosto, la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Naci\u00f3n (<strong>SCJN<\/strong>) declar\u00f3 inconstitucional que en\u00a0<strong>Aguascalientes<\/strong>\u00a0se castigue con entre seis meses a tres a\u00f1os de\u00a0<strong>c\u00e1rcel<\/strong>\u00a0a quienes interrumpan voluntariamente su embarazo, as\u00ed como a quienes le asistan para ello.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con cuatro votos a favor, la Primera Sala del M\u00e1ximo Tribunal orden\u00f3 al Congreso del estado&nbsp;<strong>derogar los art\u00edculos 101, 102 y 103 del C\u00f3digo Penal<\/strong>, al conceder un amparo interpuesto a inicios de 2022 por las las organizaciones civiles GIRE, Morras Help Morras, TERFU, CECADEC y Cultivando G\u00e9nero, a propuesta del<strong>&nbsp;ministro Juan Luis Gonz\u00e1lez Alc\u00e1ntara.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y es que se determin\u00f3 que la interrupci\u00f3n voluntaria del embarazo forma parte de los&nbsp;<strong>derechos reproductivos de las personas<\/strong>&nbsp;y, por tanto, un derecho humano de las mujeres y de las personas gestantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La despenalizaci\u00f3n del aborto no s\u00f3lo garantiza salud p\u00fablica a las personas, sino que beneficia particularmente a quienes se encuentran en contextos de vulnerabilidad social y econ\u00f3mica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con informaci\u00f3n de INFOBAE<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ya son\u00a012 estados\u00a0del pa\u00eds en los que est\u00e1\u00a0despenalizado el aborto.
