Por el delito de Falsificaci\u00f3n y\/o alteraci\u00f3n de documentos p\u00fablicos, previsto en el
art\u00edculo 403 del C\u00f3digo Penal de Durango, fue dictada sentencia condenatoria por parte
juez de control y enjuiciamiento a Luis \u00c1ngel S\u00e1nchez Nev\u00e1rez, detenido en flagrancia el
pasado mes de junio en el municipio de Cuencam\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Luego de la investigaci\u00f3n, el agente especializado aport\u00f3 los elementos de prueba
necesarios para acreditar el delito, por lo que la autoridad judicial dict\u00f3 como pena 12
meses de prisi\u00f3n, as\u00ed como el pago de la reparaci\u00f3n del da\u00f1o y multa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Como se recordar\u00e1, la Fiscal\u00eda especializada mantiene abierta una investigaci\u00f3n a una
red de falsificaci\u00f3n y alteraci\u00f3n de documentos oficiales, en la cual est\u00e1n involucrados
servidores p\u00fablicos del Registro Civil y particulares de diversos municipios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Por medio de operativos y cateos la Polic\u00eda Investigadora de Delitos de Corrupci\u00f3n ha
detenido a 15 personas involucradas en esta red que imprime fuera del procedimiento
oficial actas de nacimiento, adopci\u00f3n, matrimonio, divorcio y defunci\u00f3n en formatos
