Tras a\u00f1os de lucha en M\u00e9xico, la\u00a0Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Naci\u00f3n (SCJN) despenaliz\u00f3 el aborto\u00a0<\/strong>en todo el pa\u00eds, lo que invalida los art\u00edculos del C\u00f3digo Penal Federal que castigan que mujeres y personas gestantes lleven a cabo la interrupci\u00f3n del embarazo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cLa Primera Sala de #LaCorte resolvi\u00f3 que\u00a0es inconstitucional el sistema jur\u00eddico que penaliza el aborto en el C\u00f3digo Penal Federal<\/strong>, ya que viola los derechos humanos de las mujeres y personas con capacidad de gestar\u201d, public\u00f3 la Corte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Olga S\u00e1nchez Cordero explica resoluci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

La senadora Olga S\u00e1nchez Cordero explic\u00f3 que la resoluci\u00f3n de la Corte significa que ninguna autoridad tiene la facultad de sancionar a quien acuda a realizarse un aborto o a quien lo realice en alguna instituci\u00f3n de salud. Sin embargo, aclar\u00f3 que todav\u00eda se debe interponer un amparo para llevar a cabo el procedimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Indic\u00f3 que falta que el Congreso legisle sobre el tema y adem\u00e1s las cl\u00ednicas y hospitales p\u00fablicos del pa\u00eds deber\u00e1n dar el servicio de manera gratuita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cLas mujeres o personas gestantes procesadas o sentenciadas por abortar deber\u00e1n ser absueltas\u201d, inform\u00f3 S\u00e1nchez Cordero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
