a otro pederasta"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Durango (FGED) a trav\u00e9s de la Agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico adscrita al Centro de Justicia para Ni\u00f1as, Ni\u00f1os y Adolescentes de la Regi\u00f3n Laguna, y mediante los elementos de prueba que integran la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n, logr\u00f3 que un Juez dictara sentencia condenatoria en contra de<strong>&nbsp;V\u00edctor Manuel Cisneros D\u00edaz<\/strong>, por la comisi\u00f3n del delito de pederastia agravada, en contra de una joven de identidad reservada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En relaci\u00f3n al hecho por el cual se le condena, este ocurri\u00f3 el mes de agosto del 2021, en un domicilio del municipio de Mapim\u00ed, Dgo., donde el responsable vulner\u00f3 la integridad de la joven, afectando su seguridad y libre desarrollo de la personalidad, por lo cual se present\u00f3 ante esta instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia la correspondiente querella en contra del ahora sentenciado, logrando as\u00ed su detenci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente,&nbsp;<strong>Cisneros D\u00edaz&nbsp;<\/strong>fue puesto a disposici\u00f3n del Juez de Control y Enjuiciamiento, quien mediante un procedimiento abreviado dict\u00f3 sentencia condenatoria en su contra por&nbsp;<strong><u>8 a\u00f1os<\/u>&nbsp;<\/strong>de prisi\u00f3n, as\u00ed como al pago
