En un memorando enviado al Congreso, el mandatario tambi\u00e9n acus\u00f3 a Bolivia y Venezuela de haber incumplido sus obligaciones internacionales de combate al narcotr\u00e1fico, y advirti\u00f3 que la producci\u00f3n de coca\u00edna en Colombia sigue siendo demasiado elevada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La lista de pa\u00edses de mayor producci\u00f3n y tr\u00e1nsito de narc\u00f3ticos elaborada este a\u00f1o por Washington est\u00e1 formada por Afganist\u00e1n, Bahamas, Belice, Bolivia, Birmania, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, Rep\u00fablica Dominicana, El Salvador, Guatemala, Hait\u00ed, Honduras, la India, Jamaica, Laos, M\u00e9xico, Nicaragua, Pakist\u00e1n, Panam\u00e1, Per\u00fa y Venezuela. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
