rindieron&nbsp;<strong>informes<\/strong>&nbsp;negando la verdad y expresando hechos falsos en juicios de amparo tramitados en&nbsp;<strong>Chihuahua<\/strong>&nbsp;y&nbsp;<strong>Tamaulipas<\/strong>&nbsp;por&nbsp;<a apoderados del&nbsp;<strong>Instituto del Fondo Nacional de la Vivienda para los Trabajadores<\/strong>&nbsp;en el sexenio pasado, por el posible contubernio entre despachos jur\u00eddicos, jueces, secretarios de acuerdos, notificadores, notarios y empleados del mismo instituto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por medio de litigios referidos del 2013 al 2018, se adjudicaron bienes inmuebles ubicados en los estados de&nbsp;<strong>Chihuahua<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>Nayarit<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>Sinaloa<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>Sonora<\/strong>&nbsp;y&nbsp;<strong>Tamaulipas<\/strong>&nbsp;a favor del&nbsp;<strong>Infonavit<\/strong>, afectando a los derechohabientes ante el desconocimiento de las demandas masivas entabladas en su contra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica reiter\u00f3 que seguir\u00e1 con las investigaciones en contra de los servidores p\u00fablicos que resulten responsables, a fin de lograr el esclarecimiento de los
