{"id":7185,"date":"2023-10-10T20:22:59","date_gmt":"2023-10-10T20:22:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/samanoticiasdurango.com\/?p=7185"},"modified":"2023-10-10T20:28:55","modified_gmt":"2023-10-10T20:28:55","slug":"empresa-proveedora-recibio-pagos-ilegales-por-casi-1-mdp-del-municipio-de-nazas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/samanoticiasdurango.com\/index.php\/2023\/10\/10\/empresa-proveedora-recibio-pagos-ilegales-por-casi-1-mdp-del-municipio-de-nazas\/","title":{"rendered":"EMPRESA PROVEEDORA RECIBI\u00d3 PAGOS ILEGALES POR CASI 1 MDP DEL MUNICIPIO DE NAZAS"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Por su responsabilidad como part\u00edcipe c\u00f3mplice del delito de Uso Indebido de Atribuciones y Facultades, cometido en perjuicio del erario del Ayuntamiento de Nazas Durango, el juez de Control y Enjuiciamiento dict\u00f3 sentencia condenatoria en contra de Mauricia Vaquera Garc\u00eda, propietaria de la empresa Ferreaceros<br>quien pag\u00f3 928 mil pesos como reparaci\u00f3n del da\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Esta resoluci\u00f3n judicial se llev\u00f3 a cabo mediante procedimiento abreviado, luego de que el Agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico especializado acreditara la culpabilidad de la persona imputada por el delito previsto en el art\u00edculo 334 fracci\u00f3n III del C\u00f3digo Penal del Estado de Durango.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Fue en d\u00edas pasados que la Polic\u00eda Investigadora de Delitos de Corrupci\u00f3n detuvo mediante orden de aprehensi\u00f3n a la propietaria de la empresa mencionada, quien vali\u00e9ndose de su parentesco con la actual alcaldesa de Nazas recibi\u00f3 durante los meses de febrero a julio de 2023 diversos pagos ilegales del<br>gobierno municipal por casi un mill\u00f3n de pesos.
