{"id":7751,"date":"2023-11-28T15:07:00","date_gmt":"2023-11-28T15:07:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/samanoticiasdurango.com\/?p=7751"},"modified":"2023-11-28T15:07:01","modified_gmt":"2023-11-28T15:07:01","slug":"emiten-recomendaciones-ante-aumento-de-infecciones-respiratorias","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/samanoticiasdurango.com\/index.php\/2023\/11\/28\/emiten-recomendaciones-ante-aumento-de-infecciones-respiratorias\/","title":{"rendered":"<a href=\"https:\/\/lopezdoriga.com\/nacional\/emiten-recomendaciones-aumento-infecciones-respiratorias\/\">Emiten recomendaciones ante aumento de infecciones respiratorias<\/a>"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Secretar\u00eda de Salud del Gobierno Federal emiti\u00f3 una serie de&nbsp;<strong>recomendaciones<\/strong>&nbsp;ante el aumento de&nbsp;<strong>infecciones respiratorias<\/strong>&nbsp;en la presente&nbsp;<strong>temporada invernal<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/lopezdoriga.com\/nacional\/mexico-aumentan-casos-virus-sincicial-respiratorio\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">d\u00edas pasados<\/a>, el Comit\u00e9 Nacional para la Vigilancia Epidemiol\u00f3gica alert\u00f3 sobre el incremento de la circulaci\u00f3n de virus respiratorios en el pa\u00eds, especialmente el&nbsp;<strong>virus sincicial respiratorio<\/strong>&nbsp;(VSR) en menores de 10 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por lo general, el&nbsp;<strong>VSR<\/strong>&nbsp;causa<strong>&nbsp;s\u00edntomas leves<\/strong>&nbsp;similares a los del resfriado o gripe, pero tambi\u00e9n puede derivar en&nbsp;<strong>bronquiolitis<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>neumon\u00eda<\/strong>&nbsp;e infecci\u00f3n del tracto respiratorio inferior y hospitalizaci\u00f3n de lactantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A fin de prevenir las infecciones respiratorias la Secretar\u00eda de Salud&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gob.mx\/salud\/prensa\/422-acciones-ante-incremento-de-infecciones-respiratorias-en-temporada-invernal-2023-2024\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">recomienda<\/a>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lavar las manos frecuentemente con agua y jab\u00f3n o usar soluciones con base de alcohol.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cubrir nariz y boca al toser o estornudar, con un pa\u00f1uelo o con el \u00e1ngulo interno del brazo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Limpiar superficies y objetos de uso com\u00fan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ventilar espacios cerrados y permitir la circulaci\u00f3n del aire y entrada de luz solar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si se forma parte de los grupos de mayor riesgo, vacunarse contra influenza y COVID.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En caso de presentar una infecci\u00f3n respiratoria usar cubrebocas, aislarse en casa y no automedicarse.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Solicitar atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica en caso s\u00edntomas de alarma como: fiebre persistente, dolor en el pecho o dificultad para respirar (en beb\u00e9s se marcan las costillas al respirar o su nariz aletea por el esfuerzo);
