REN\u00c9 GAVIRA SEGRESTE, ex director de Administraci\u00f3n y Finanzas de Seguridad Alimentaria Mexicana, mejor conocida como Segalmex, y quien fue detenido hace unos d\u00edas en Estados Unidos, ha empezado a declarar, buscando convertirse en testigo protegido por parte de la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica (FGR), que comanda Alejandro Gertz Manero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ha revelado que parte del desfalco se lo dio a su socio, Hugo Rosales Badillo, quien a su vez fuera Secretario de Gobierno de Durango de 2010 a 2016, cuando el mandatario era Jorge Herrera Caldera. Refiere Gavira que le entreg\u00f3 a Rosales en los primeros 12 meses del gobierno del presidente Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador alrededor de 3 mil 500 millones de pesos, simulando compra de productos y servicios como leche en polvo para ser hidratada y distribuida en colonias populares, cosa que nunca ocurri\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Rosales enfrenta \u00f3rden de aprehensi\u00f3n y se encuentra pr\u00f3fugo de la justicia. La FGR emiti\u00f3 ficha roja de b\u00fasqueda y localizaci\u00f3n desde el 8 de enero de este a\u00f1o. Rosales apoy\u00f3 a Movimiento Ciudadano con recursos en las elecciones a los gobiernos de Jalisco y Nuevo Le\u00f3n, tiene v\u00ednculos cercanos con Dante Delgado y con su hijo.
