las m\u00e1s bajas de los \u00faltimos 40 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Oficina Meteorol\u00f3gica de Shangh\u00e1i indic\u00f3 en su cuenta de la red social&nbsp;<strong>Weibo<\/strong>&nbsp;-equivalente chino a X, censurada en el pa\u00eds asi\u00e1tico- que las m\u00ednimas registradas en su estaci\u00f3n de referencia estar\u00e1n por debajo de -1\u00baC durante cinco d\u00edas consecutivos, del 21 al 25, algo que nunca ha ocurrido en los \u00faltimos 40 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los&nbsp;<strong>precedentes<\/strong>&nbsp;m\u00e1s cercanos se dieron en 1991, 1993 y 1999, cuando se registraron temperaturas similares pero tan solo durante cuatro d\u00edas consecutivos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las&nbsp;<strong>temperaturas<\/strong>&nbsp;este jueves se mover\u00e1n durante toda la&nbsp;<strong>jornada<\/strong>&nbsp;en valores negativos, con m\u00ednimas de hasta -7\u00baC en las zonas perif\u00e9ricas de la ciudad, donde algunos lagos han amanecido congelados, seg\u00fan v\u00eddeos divulgados por la Oficina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las bajas&nbsp;<strong>temperaturas<\/strong>&nbsp;coinciden con el solsticio de invierno, una fecha en la que las&nbsp;<strong>familias<\/strong>&nbsp;acuden a los cementerios a limpiar las tumbas de sus ancestros como se\u00f1al de respeto, por lo que se espera una gran cantidad de desplazamientos que, unida a las heladas, podr\u00eda generar problemas de tr\u00e1fico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las&nbsp;<strong>autoridades<\/strong>&nbsp;han anunciado ya un refuerzo de las patrullas de&nbsp;<strong>tr\u00e1fico<\/strong>, especialmente en las carreteras que lleven a cementerios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aparte de las bajas temperaturas, las autoridades tambi\u00e9n emitieron una&nbsp;<strong>alerta<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>azul<\/strong>&nbsp;por los fuertes vientos que golpear\u00e1n Shangh\u00e1i -especialmente las zonas ribere\u00f1as del&nbsp;<strong>Huangpu<\/strong>,
