a proceso presunto responsable de homicidio de su madre en la zona centro de Durango<\/strong>"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Durango (FGED), mediante la labor especializada de la Unidad de Investigaci\u00f3n del Delito de Homicidio, consigui\u00f3 que en audiencia celebrada un juez de Control y Enjuiciamiento vinculara a proceso a Luis David \u201cN\u201d de 28 a\u00f1os, presunto responsable del delito de homicidio agravado en raz\u00f3n de parentesco, cometido en agravio de Patricia Guadalupe Irazoqui Ayala de 59 a\u00f1os, quien falleci\u00f3 a causa de una herida por arma blanca penetrante de t\u00f3rax.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Consta en la investigaci\u00f3n que, la tarde del pasado 9 de enero la v\u00edctima y madre del imputado, se encontraba con \u00e9l al interior de su domicilio ubicado en la privada Santa Mar\u00eda de la Zona Centro de esta ciudad, momento en el que \u00e9ste -al encontrarse bajo los efectos de una droga- comenz\u00f3 a agredir a<br>Patricia Guadalupe con un arma blanca, caus\u00e1ndole la herida que le provoc\u00f3 la muerte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> El resultado de una investigaci\u00f3n documentada y minuciosa, fue determinante para que el pasado 12 de enero el Juez de la causa comprobara la existencia del delito y concluyera con la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso por el il\u00edcito imputado, adem\u00e1s otorg\u00f3 un plazo de dos meses para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria, tiempo del que dispondr\u00e1n las partes para reunir m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n que permita esclarecer los hechos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, antes de dar por concluida la diligencia del d\u00eda, se ratific\u00f3 la medida cautelar impuesta durante la audiencia inicial, la cual consiste en la prisi\u00f3n preventiva para Luis David \u201cN\u201d, que cumplir\u00e1 internado en el CERESO No. 1 y se mantendr\u00e1 vigente por todo el tiempo que dure el
