Elementos de la Polic\u00eda Investigadora de Delitos de Corrupci\u00f3n detuvieron a Jos\u00e9
Francisco N, por el delito de Ejercicio Indebido del Servicio P\u00fablico, il\u00edcito previsto y
sancionado por el art\u00edculo 326 fracci\u00f3n II del C\u00f3digo Penal vigente en el Estado.
El Juez de Control y Enjuiciamiento libr\u00f3 la correspondiente orden de aprehensi\u00f3n a
solicitud de la agencia del Ministerio P\u00fablico anticorrupci\u00f3n, luego de que se demostraran
los hechos y su responsabilidad en la comisi\u00f3n del delito.
Seg\u00fan la denuncia presentada por el \u00e1rea jur\u00eddica de la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado,
se detectaron diversas irregularidades en la prestaci\u00f3n de servicios por parte del
se\u00f1alado, quien ostentaba el cargo de Perito de la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado en el
municipio de Cuencam\u00e9, adem\u00e1s de laborar en el Centro de Atenci\u00f3n M\u00faltiple CREE
perteneciente a la Secretar\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n del Estado de Durango, siendo ambos cargos
incompatibles en horario y lugar de desempe\u00f1o.
La narrativa se\u00f1ala que, por medio de enga\u00f1os, el se\u00f1alado cobr\u00f3 un sueldo en la
Coordinaci\u00f3n Regional de Servicios Periciales en el municipio de Cuencam\u00e9, m\u00e1s de 14
meses, al mismo tiempo y en el mismo horario, estuvo prestando sus servicios en el
Centro de Atenci\u00f3n M\u00faltiple CREE de la capital duranguense.
El detenido fue internado en el Centro de Reinserci\u00f3n Social No. 1, a disposici\u00f3n del
