est\u00e1 empapada debido a la tormenta que empap\u00f3 la regi\u00f3n el jueves y aument\u00f3 el caudal de r\u00edos y arroyos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las r\u00e1fagas de viento de 120 kil\u00f3metros por hora en las zonas de las&nbsp;<strong>monta\u00f1as<\/strong>&nbsp;y la&nbsp;<strong>acumulaci\u00f3n<\/strong>&nbsp;de nieve tambi\u00e9n representan un riesgo para las comunidades de esos sectores,
